Information provided by families is critical to the work of CLP as it allows us to accurately represent the interests and needs of people with disability and their families to government and the community.

When you complete a survey we will register you as one of the families CLP represents. We uphold families’ rights to choice and diversity and will represent all family aspirations when speaking to government and service providers.  CLP represents families from anywhere in Australia.

Data collected by our surveys is treated with the utmost respect and confidentiality. No information that could identify you or your family member will be provided to another party. Survey data will be collated and de-identified before any report is written about the specific issues raised by survey items.
